Established in 2013, the Global Equity Insights Survey (GEIS) has captured the market practice of participants from all over the world for nine years running. GEO is pleased to be joined for this webcast by survey sponsors Computershare, Fidelity, hkp///, SAP, and Siemens Energy for a special look at the evolution of the results over the history of the study.
The webcast team will share a recap of the 2020 results, along with notable changes unveiled in comparison to prior study results, addressing the use of equity on a global level and covering important topics such as plan types and design, implementation and administration challenges as well as linkages to company performance and employee satisfaction.
